Q. Which areas do we cover?
A. We have two center points based in Ataturk Airport and Sabiha Gokcen Airport and providing transfer to all touristic spots in Istanbul. Our head Office in Sultanahmet from where we provide Shuttle Services to Atatürk and Sabiha Gökçen Airport.
Q. Is your service available day and night?
A. Yes. We operate 24 hours 7 days a week, all through the year.
Q. Are your prices fixed?
A. Yes. The prices are fixed for pre booked transfers. But if there are any additional drop-offs, pickups or diversions there will be additional charges.
Q. Will I incur any extra charges if my plane is delayed or cancelled by the airline?
A. No, as we will track your flight landing time we will be aware of any delays or cancellations and we will dispatch our driver according to the new landing time.
Q. What do I do if I can't locate my driver?
A. Please get back to us with contact details provided in the confirmation form sent via email and message. Our admin team will help you find your driver in the terminal.
Q. What happens if my flight is cancelled?
A. Please reply to your email to inform us.
Q. What if I miss my flight?
A. We could secure that service to be used for another date or you could ask for cancel. Please inform us immediately by mail or Phone.
Q. How easy is it to book a car with you?
A. You just need to fill the reservation form, it is as simple and safe as that.
Q. How can I pay for this service?
A. You can either make a cash payment or use your credit card while making your reservation.
Q. How early do I need to book my car?
A. You can make your transfer reservation 6 hours before your flight..
Q. Can I cancel my booking?
A. You can cancel your reservation without penalty 6 hours before your flight..
Q. What happens after I have made an online booking?
A. We will review your request and send you an email confirming the booking with a booking confirmation number.
Q. How can I meet with you in the airport?
A. You are going to find our transferman after custom control (Exit Door). When you are going to arrive Ataturk airport or Sabiha Gokcen airport.
Q. Is gratuity included in the price?
A. No. It is at the passengers discretion.
